DMCA Policy

At Apk Mod For Android, we are committed to complying with U.S. copyright law and responding to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). This policy outlines the procedures for copyright holders to notify us of alleged infringement and for users to submit counter-notifications.

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. Any content found to be infringing on copyrighted material will be promptly removed or access to it disabled upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice.

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof and believe that any content hosted on Apk Mod For Android infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a notification pursuant to the DMCA by providing our Copyright Agent with the following information in writing (please consult your legal counsel or see 17 U.S.C. Section 512(c)(3) to confirm these requirements):

Please note that under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages.

Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or access to it disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our Copyright Agent pursuant to the DMCA. Please provide our Copyright Agent with the following information (please consult your legal counsel or see 17 U.S.C. Section 512(g)(3) to confirm these requirements):

Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled (e.g., direct URL on Apk Mod For Android).
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Apk Mod For Android may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
A physical or electronic signature.
